So I am new to Watch Gang and just received my first platinum level watch. Upon first glance, it looked pretty nice. Upon taking it out of the box, I quickly realized that the size and weight would never work on my 6.5" wrists. Looking at trading the watch on the second hand market led me to find that the watch isn't even selling at $200 let alone the MSRP. Overall, I like the idea and concept...but including a simple "I want / need an X - Y size" would help allot. As it is, I am stuck with an absolute paperweight, and am unlikely to recoup any money. Definitely not worth the money if you are risking something that you just cannot wear.
So far both watches we have gotten shipped after the date range showing online. Hopeful it will improve

Two out of the three watches I have received had no part of the preference guidelines had filled out. That being said the quality of all the watches were either very good or outstanding.
I love the watches I've received so far. I have noticed on The Wheel to make sure you research the watches you chose. One of the wins I spun on was more expensive through the wheel than through the manufacturer. Besides that I love the black tier subscription. My watches have been significantly more valuable than the $100 I spend on the membership. I will be switching to platinum tier next month.
The MSRP they tell you is grossly overinflated. The watches are worth a lot less than what they claim. That's how they make their money. I bought a platinum membership and I had a bad feeling so I immediately tried to cancel. They ignored my support requests for several days until they shipped the watch so they could get out of giving me a refund. Crooked company and terrible customer service.

I love watch gang even though ive only got one watch so far it was prolly the best watch ive ever owned i cant wait till i get my next one and expand my collection
This was my first shipment from watch gang, and I was very satisfied with it! At first I wasn’t sure what to think about the watch, but after wearing it for a few days it has grown on me greatly and is now one of my favorite watches in my collection.
Amazing watches so far! Will definitely reccomend to anyone who is skeptical about this membership.
I really like my first watch, the second was okay. I got my friend to sign up and he's gotten 3 watches already and I really like the ones he got so it's just I guess a matter of chance. I'd be interested in more tiers.
